📋 Purpose of Services
Payless Los Cabos provides ground transportation and traveler assistance services in the Los Cabos region of Mexico. Our services include airport transfers, private excursions, and reservation-based travel. The exact details of each service are specified at the time of booking confirmation.
⚖️ Responsibilities of the Parties
The client agrees to provide accurate information when booking (name, date, pickup location). Payless Los Cabos agrees to provide punctual and safe service, in accordance with the description of the chosen package. In the event of significant delays due to exceptional circumstances (weather, strikes, road conditions), our liability is limited to a refund for the affected trip.
🚫 Limitations of Liability
Payless Los Cabos cannot be held responsible for indirect losses or damages (luggage, personal items, missed connections) occurring during transport. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of the booking. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service.
🔄 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are entitled to a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund is granted. Less than 24 hours or in case of no-show, no refund is due. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
📝 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The new terms apply to any booking made after their publication on this page. Customers who have already booked will be notified by email of significant changes.
